1961 Permission was given for one caravan to be on site. It is understood that there were established use rights for it to be there and therefore there was no condition limiting the length of time.
The site was bought by Mr Andrew Smith circa 1974.
1975 May, Beaconsfield District Council issued an Enforcement Notice against use of land for the sitting of 2 caravans.
1979 Application for renovation of existing stables, and retain two caravans Refused.
1979 Application to retain vehicular access refused.
1980 Beaconsfield District Council issued Enforcement Notice against formation of hardcore surfaced access to land.
1982 Application for 6 residential caravan pitches for Gypsy families refused.
1984 Application for retention of mobile homes for family refused.
1986 The council served a Notice of Time & Place for consideration of condition of house liable to be made subject to a Demolition or Closing Order
1988 Council issued Enforcement Notice against the uase of a building as a single dwelling house.
1993 Retrospective planning application for change of use of building (tack room) refused
1999 Application for continued use of former tack room as independent dwelling house. Refused.
2000 High Court Injunction against Mr Andrew Smith section 187B
2001 Application for change of use of part of land for residential caravans. Refused.
2001 Secretary of State dismisses appeal, injunction extended.
2002 Appeal Successful & resubmitted to First Secretary of State.
2003 Appeal dismissed by First Secretary of State
2005 Council applied to High Court for injunction pursuant to section 187B.
2006 High Court Injunction pursuant to section 187B obtained against Mr Andrew Smith & Mr James Smith.
2006 April Planning Permission refused

February 2007 Temporary (4 Years) Planning Permission granted.
